<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring structure which changes its shape following variegated movement and is hardly ruptured, and a flexible electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: At least one or more conductor wires having elasticity are integrated with a resin molding having flexibility to form the flexible wiring structure.
