<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system which determines whether a file is opened at a computer terminal for more than the predetermined time. <P>SOLUTION: The information management system has: a browsing available time specifying section which specifies browsing available time period when a person can browse a file based on a holding status of monitoring object information contained in a file content; a file browsing time computing section which computes a file browsing time which indicates how long the file is displayed at a computer terminal using the operation log information of a computer terminal; and a control section which determines whether or not to perform predetermined control instruction by comparing the file browsing time with the browsing available time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
