PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a clutch lifetime in an automatic transmission by executing an uphill stop by an automatic brake even when a driver intends to stop on the uphill through an accelerator operation.
SOLUTION: An accelerator is released during uphill traveling, and a vehicle is slowed down so that a vehicle speed VSP can be decreased as shown by a figure without any brake operation, The vehicle is stopped at a vehicle speed VS=0 at t1. When a driver tries to maintain the stop state by an accelerator opening APO shown by the figure from t2, a hill hold force brake distribution rate α is increased by a fixed time change rate toward 100% until t3 when a target driving force tTd for acceleration is equal to or less than a driving force Td(θ) for slope, and when tTd≥Td(θ) between t3 and t4, the hill hold force brake distribution rate α is decreased to 0% by a fixed time change rate. Therefore, hill hold brake force hTb=tTd×α and a via-clutch wheel driving force cTd=tTd-hTb are set as shown in the figure, and even when the user tries to stop the vehicle on an uphill through an accelerator operation, the vehicle can be stopped on the uphill with the hill hold brake force hTb.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
