<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine whether handover to a second cell from a first one has succeeded by detecting that a cell, where a mobile station UE estimates a "second cell", differs from a cell, where a "first cell" estimates the "second cell". <P>SOLUTION: A handover method includes: a step of transmitting a handover completion confirmation response message to the mobile station UE when the second cell uses first security information notified by the first cell and second security information included in a handover completion response message notified by the mobile station UE to perform verification processing to the mobile station UE, and the verification processing has been successful; a step of stopping a prescribed timer when the mobile station UE receives the handover completion confirmation response message before the prescribed time expires; and a step of transferring to a reconnection procedure when the mobile station UE does not receive positive delivery confirmation information for upper layers before the prescribed time expires. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
