<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a base material with a resin not causing the repellence of the resin and the occurrence of coating irregularity even if a coating solution containing an inorganic filler is laminated on the base material. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the base material with the resin includes a process (a) for obtaining a mixture containing an inorganic filler, a resin, an additive and a non-polar solvent, a process (b) for dispersing the inorganic filler in a mixture using at least one means selected from a high speed shearing and dispersing means (i), an ultrasonic dispersion means (ii) and a media colliding and dispersing means (iii) to obtain a coating solution, a process (c) for diluting the coating solution obtained in the process (b) in a dilution ratio of 1-20 times and permeating the diluted coating solution through a filter to detect particles having a particle size of a predetermined value or above from the residue on the filter and a process (d) for coating the base material with the obtained coating solution in the case where the particles with the particle size of the predetermined value or above are not detected, to obtain the base material with the resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
