PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for discharging a component, stored in a container, from the container without vibrating the container. SOLUTION: The component feeder 10 includes the container 16. The container 16 stores a plurality of components. A container bottom 16b provided at a bottom face of the container 16 rotates along an inner wall 16a of the container. The container bottom 16b is a horizontally sloping plane. On the container bottom 16b, a notch 20 with which one component 50 engages is formed at a position facing the inner wall 16a.
