PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satin-finish the mold surface of a resin molding mold made of a ceramic material, to satin-finish the mold surface of the resin molding mold with a man-day reduced, and to obtain the resin molding mold having good mold-release properties. SOLUTION: The resin molding mold 20 which is produced by processing a base material 12, has a cavity to be filled with a fluid resin, and is used when a molding is produced by forming a cured resin by curing the fluid resin in the cavity is provided with a modified layer 15 made of a layer which is formed on/in the surfaces of minute recesses 14, 16, 18, ... projections 17, 19, ... recesses 14, 16, 18, ... and projections 17, 19, ... which are formed at least on/in the inner bottom surface of the cavity and is cured after the base material 12 is dissolved by irradiating the base material 12 with laser beams L.
