<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under-run protector of a vehicle, ensuring a sufficient wiring space and a sufficient assembly workability while satisfying the requirement for strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The under-run protector extends in the vehicle width direction of a vehicle. The under-run protector 6 has a closed sectional shape. A lamp of the vehicle is fixed to the under-run protector 6. A groove part 1 recessed inward of the closed section is formed in one side surface 3a of the under-run protector 6.
