<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterless lithographic printing plate original which is excellent in pattern processing with respect to formation of a display pattern and formation of a wiring pattern in a printing method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The waterless lithographic printing plate original has at least a thermosensitive layer or a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer on a substrate, wherein a center-line-average roughness Ra on the surface of the silicone rubber layer is 0.4 μm or less and is used for the formation of the display pattern and the formation of the wiring pattern.
