<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a potable cigarette smoke cleaning device preventing not only diffusion of cigarette smoke to the periphery but also dispersion of cigarette ash to periphery, and enabling to safely smoke. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A communicating hole 8 communicating a smoking space 2 with an air cleaning space 3 is set on a partition wall 7 separating the inside of a case 1 into the smoking space 2 and the air cleaning space 3, a first filter 9 is attached on the communicating hole 8, a vent hole 10, a cigarette insertion hole 12 having a cigarette holding part 18, a smoke blowing in hole 13 and an exhaust hole 14 are set on the case 1, an ignition means 27 for igniting the inserted cigarette 11 and an ashtray room 28 receiving ash and a cigarette butt in smoking are set at the smoking space 2, the air cleaning space 3 is separated with a second filter 33, between a smoke blowing chamber 34 of the smoke blowing in hole 13 side space and an air intake chamber 35 of the exhaust hole 14 side space, and an air intake and exhaust means 36 for drawing air containing smoke into the air intake chamber 35 through the first and second filters 10 and 33 and exhausting the air purified with the first and second filters 9 and 33 from the exhaust hole 14 are set at the air intake chamber 35.
