PURPOSE: A portable ham cutting unit is provided to cut a ham at a desired size in a store and make the ham for a sandwich by cutting the ham at a fixed size. CONSTITUTION: A portable ham cutting unit comprises a support(101), a lateral guide(110), a cut standard plate(120), and a receiving plate(130). The lateral guide is installed to be faced to each other and guides the ham remaining on the support to be not separated out of the support. The cut standard plate is installed at one end of a pair of side guides. The receiving plate has a bent area which is bent in the opposite direction of the cut standard plate. |
