PURPOSE: A broadcasting contents transceiver in a BCMCS service system is provided to determine whether a terminal region is a BCMCS service zone by offering an NID(Network ID) on an IA message. CONSTITUTION: The current network information of a terminal is periodically received from a BSC(Base Station Controller) through an overhead message(S620). At the on-air time of broadcasting contents, the network identifier of stored broadcasting contents information is compared with the network identifier of the finally stored overhead message(S630). If the current network identifier is included in the service network identifier of the broadcasting contents, a BCMCS(Broadcast Multicast Service) client performs the broadcasting monitoring(S640,S670).
