PURPOSE: A method for polymerization enzyme for making polyester resin is provided to reduce solvent by avoiding solvent flashing step. CONSTITUTION: A method for enzyme polymerization for preparing polyester resin comprises: a step of contacting one or more component selected from dicarboxylic acid, ester, glycol, lactone, or lactide with water and enzyme including lipase; a step of polymerizing component to form polyester resin; and a step of collecting polyester resin.
