PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cylindrical microstructure peeled off from a master roll while sufficiently maintaining a shape of a fine uneven pattern, and a method of manufacturing a replica roll.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a cylindrical microstructure includes a cylinder forming step S2 and a master peeling step S3. In the cylinder forming step S2, a master roll having a fine uneven pattern on an outer peripheral surface thereof is arranged inside a cylindrical container, and a gap between the master roll and the cylindrical container is filled with filler to form a cylindrical microstructure where the fine uneven pattern of the master roll is transferred on an inner peripheral surface thereof. In the master peeling step S3, the master roll and the cylindrical microstructure are separated from each other in a state where the cylindrical microstructure and the cylindrical container are integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
