<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a construction by which the outermost peripheral part of an intermediate layer is not exposed to an atmosphere with high reliability and production yield in a multilayer disk having the intermediate layer. <P>SOLUTION: The construction by which the outermost peripheral part of the intermediate layer is not exposed to an atmosphere can be easily manufactured using a present manufacturing process of the optical disk in the multilayer disk having the intermediate layer. Thereby, the optical disk capable of reducing the noise level/jitter degree of a playback signal obtained by performing playback from an optical disk to be a final product and performing stable signal playback can be manufactured at a low cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
