<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation system for selecting the image of a desired page from a series of page-managed images stored in an image storage part by a simple operation, and for printing the image on a sheet with desired layout. <P>SOLUTION: This image formation system 9 is provided with a print condition setting part 92 for setting print conditions and a print output part 93 for printing an image stored in an image storage part 91 based on the print conditions, and the print condition setting part 92 is provided with a page designation part 94 for designating a print page and a page configuration setting part 95 for setting page configuration conditions as the layout conditions of the image to be printed on a sheet.
