<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction treatment method which can collect a valuable metal with high purity, and perform the removal of a pollution substance from a halide, the removal of a CO<SB>2</SB>gas in an exhaust gas and the like, by subjecting an article to be treated to dry distillation, water-gas reaction treatment, vacuum reduction treatment or the like according to the type of the article, and to provide a reduction treatment apparatus therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is directed for treating the article to be treated such as a waste, an oxide and a recycled article including a polluted substance, valuables and the like to render the article harmless and collecting the valuables with high purity, and sequentially includes: a stage 4 for transporting the article to be treated into a line; a dry distillation chamber 9 for dry-distilling the article to be treated therein; a reaction chamber 16 for making the article to be treated cause the water-gas reaction therein to make the article to be treated generate a reducing gas; a vacuum reduction chamber 23 for separating impurities from the valuables therein through reduction and evaporation by reducing the article to be treated in a vacuum of a predetermined vacuum degree at a predetermined temperature, with the use of the reducing gas or a carbonaceous solid generated in the dry distillation chamber 9 and the reaction chamber 16; a cooling room 27 for cooling an article to be treated therein which has been subjected to vacuum-reduction-treatment and has not been evaporated; and a means 32 for transporting the treated and cooled article, all of which are arranged in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
