PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video correction method or the like for easily correcting the distortion of video images due to the deviation of the posture or position of a projector and displaying clear video images. SOLUTION: In the video correction method, when projecting video light from each of the plurality of projectors 2A<SB>R</SB>-2I<SB>R</SB>and 2A<SB>L</SB>-2I<SB>L</SB>to a curved surface screen 1, a parameter updating part 5 obtains a deviation amount between the video images on the curved surface screen 1 displayed by the video light projected from the respective projectors 2A<SB>R</SB>-2I<SB>R</SB>and 2A<SB>L</SB>-2I<SB>L</SB>and repeats the processing of updating a parameter for correcting the distortion of the video images displayed on the curved surface screen 1 by respective projection means so as to reduce the deviation amount. Then, video generators 3A<SB>R</SB>-3I<SB>R</SB>and 3A<SB>L</SB>-3I<SB>L</SB>execute distortion correction to video data for projecting the video light from the respective projectors 2A<SB>R</SB>-2I<SB>R</SB>and 2A<SB>L</SB>-2I<SB>L</SB>using the updated parameter and project the video light.
