<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength conversion type light trapping film of a solar-battery module for enhancing optical use efficiency and improving generation efficiency by reducing a sunlight loss caused by spectrum mismatch while improving generation efficiency, and to provide a solar-battery module using this light trapping film. <P>SOLUTION: When defined as a first layer, a second layer, ..., a m-th layer from an incidence side of light in order, and then a first refractive index n<SB>1</SB>, a second refractive index n<SB>2</SB>, ..., and a m-th refractive index n<SB>m</SB>, are the refractive index of each layer, a relation of n<SB>1</SB>≤n<SB>2</SB>≤...≤n<SB>m</SB>is established in the wavelength conversion type light trapping film which is used for at least one optical transparency layer of the solar-battery module containing a plurality of optical transparency layers. One face thereof is filled all over with a plurality of minute projected or recessed polygon pyramids or cones formed without a gap, and the refractive index is 1.6-2.4, while an organic phosphor is contained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
