PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a taxi operation support system for accurately recording and outputting position information of a destination or the like so as to be transmitted by use of an existing taxi operation device while suppressing introduction cost. SOLUTION: This taxi operation support system A has: a GPS navigation device 3 guiding a driver D to a destination spot; the taxi operation device 2 having a function of calculating a fare; and an output device 5 outputting information obtained from the devices. In the taxi operation support system A, position information of an operation start spot (a getting-in spot), a route spot, or an operation end spot (the destination spot) of taxi service is displayed in either form of character or bar code by use of the output device 5.
