PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a navigation system can easily take out a unit. SOLUTION: The information processor 100 is attachable/detachable to/from a system main section, and controls the power supply to a unit to which the power is supplied from the system main section. The information processor 100 includes an operation unit 101, a discharge unit 103, and a power supply control unit 104. The operation unit 101 is provided on the system main section, and is stopped at the first position when the unit is mounted, and stopped at the second position different from the first position when operated from the first position. The discharge part 103 presses the unit so as to be discharged from the system main section when the operation unit 101 is operated from the second position. The power supply control unit 104 controls the power supply from the system main section to the unit interlockingly with the movement from the first position to the second position of the operation unit 101.
