<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system, an authentication method and authentication program in which authentication is simplified while ensuring security. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the case where PC electronic mail is received, an electronic mail distribution system 10 defines a transfer destination mail address corresponding to a transfer source mail address being held as a destination, generates transfer electronic mail containing text of the PC electronic mail and a first access destination URL for processing after electronic mail reception in text, and transmits it to a terminal of a cellular phone 71. Then, in the case where a first access HTTPS request message that is a request of access to the first access destination URL, is received from the cellular phone 71 via a communication carrier system 50, the electronic mail distribution system 10 determines whether a UID inserted into an HTTPS header by the communication carrier system 50 is held already and if held, authentication is completed.
