<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a delivery support frame device for a steel stranded wire drum capable of easily, safely, and quickly delivering a moving installation in delivering of the steel stranded wire drum used in an installation construction or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of freely rotatable rollers for placing the right and left of flange part of the steel strand wire drum are installed in parallel to both end parts of a quadrate main frame with a difference in height and an interval of the prescribed value. A rotary ball horizontally rotating around a fixed shaft is provided on the right and left frames of an intermediate position of front and rear rollers. Jumping out and contact resistance to the right and left direction, and dropping off of the drum in delivering are prevented, and a detachably folded slope frame is provided. The steel stranded wire drum support frame device is capable of placing the drum by rolling, and simply and easily performing the delivering work of the steel strand wire.
