PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical self-adhesive composite and a self-adhesive tape or sheet made of this composite, having excellent fixability or cohesive power, as well as the balanced control of physical stimulations arising from horny layer ablation, etc., when the tape or sheet is peeled off from the skin, and containing no organic solvent in consideration of environmental hygiene, and further to provide a medical self-adhesive composite containing no organic solvent in consideration of environmental hygiene, and a self-adhesive tape or sheet manufactured from the medical self-adhesive composite. SOLUTION: The medical self-adhesive composite comprises an aqueous dispersion type copolymer obtained by aqueous dispersion type copolymerization of a monomer mixture containing an alkyl acrylate, (meth)acrylic acid and an alkyl methacrylate, a nonionic surface-active agent with the HLB of 10 or more, and a cross linker.
