摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor, manufactured without crystallization and deposition of a charge transport agent, and having excellent electric characteristic in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment; and to provide an image forming apparatus including the same. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, a photosensitive layer containing a charge generating agent, the charge transport agent and binder resin is formed on a conductive substrate. In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, the photosensitive layer contains enamine hydrazone compound expressed by a general formula (1) as the charge transport agent. In the general formula (1), Ra, Rb, Rc, Rd and Re are each the same or different, 1-12C alkyl group, 6-30C aryl group, 6-30C alkenyl group, or -OR<SP>2</SP>(wherein R<SP>2</SP>is 1-10C alkyl group, 1-10C perfluoro alkyl group or 6-30C aryl group), m indicating the number of substitutional groups is an integer from 0 through 4, and n, o, p and q are each an integer from 0 through 5.
