PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device in which an electrode layer and a conductive film pattern can be certainly electrically connected without widening a contact part, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: In the organic EL device 100 of a top emission type, a plurality of pieces of auxiliary wiring 8a contacting with a second electrode layer 9a are formed on a support substrate 110d. A lower layer side conductive pattern 6s for impressing potential on the second electrode layer 9a is formed at the lower layer side of an insulating film 115, and an upper layer side conductive pattern 7s for connecting the second electrode layer 9a to the lower layer side conductive pattern 6a by a conductive film with smaller sheet resistance than that of the second electrode layer 9a is formed on the upper layer side of the insulating film 115. A solid pattern 7p of the upper layer side conductive pattern 7s is in contact with the lower layer side conductive pattern 6s through the contact portion 115s and the end part of the auxiliary wiring 8a is in contact with the solid pattern portion 7p overlapping the solid pattern portion 7p.
