PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acylate film having a low haze value and an excellent surficial shape and its production method. SOLUTION: The cellulose acylate film is formed by using a dope, which contains a solvent and a cellulose acylate resin having 2.1-2.7 degree of substitution of all acyl groups and has≤0.7% water content, and has≤1.5 absolute value of a difference between the SP value (a solubility parameter value measured by a Hoy method) of the cellulose acylate resin and that of the solvent and≤1% haze value.
