<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproducing apparatus whose user can hear outside voice through the headphones even while listening to a CD. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control microcomputer 55 of this information reproducing apparatus executes a procedure for establishing a connection for communication with a communication unit, and when the connection has been established, as to be capable of reproducing voice data sent from the communication unit, a switch 59 is switched from a terminal (a) which supplies the reproduction output of a CD 23 to the headphones 22 to a terminal (b) for supplying voice information received at an antenna 21 to the headphones 22.
