<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning duct fixing structure capable of preventing generation of low noise when receiving vehicle vibration by elastically fixing ducts with each other, while absorbing dimensional dispersion without increasing the number of parts. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this air conditioning duct fixing structure, right and left side differential blowout ports 36 and 37 and a center differential blowout port 38 opened in a unit case 3 of an air conditioning unit 2, right and left side differential ducts 4 and 5 connected to the right and left side differential blowout ports 36 and 37, and a center differential duct 6 connected to the center differential blowout port 38 are provided, and the right and left side differential ducts 4 and 5 are fixed to the center differential duct 6 by inserting insertion side ribs 7 and 8 into receiving side ribs 9 and 10. By inserting the insertion side ribs 7 and 8 into the right and left receiving side ribs 9 and 10 with elastic deformation, the insertion side ribs 7 and 8 are made the right and left insertion side elastic ribs 7 and 8 for making restoring elastic force acting in a direction to push and enlarge opposed faces of the right and left receiving side ribs 9 and 10 as fixing force for fixing the right and left side differential ducts 4 and 5.
