PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a coated inorganic filler with excellent handling property, such as high flowability, large bulk density; and to provide a production method of a composite material with excellent heat resistance. SOLUTION: Talc is added to a 1 wt.% acetic acid solution added with a silane coupling agent and agitated. The talc added to the acetic acid solution and agitated is taken out of the acetic acid solution. Then, the talc taken out of the acetic acid solution is dried by microwave heating.
