PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain electric insulation between a nozzle and a distal end part body and to prevent the nozzle from coming off the distal end part even when a metal nozzle is used. SOLUTION: The endoscope distal end part comprises: a first insulation member 21 made of a resin which is formed into a cylinder so as to encircle an outer periphery of a base body 20a of a metal nozzle 20 at a distal end part where the metal nozzle 20, that a recessed part G is formed at a bend part between the base body 20a and a jet part 20b, is arranged and in which a through-hole 20D and an end part opening 20E are formed on a cylinder wall surface; and engagement bodies (22e, d) engaged with the through-hole 20D and the end part opening 20E. A second insulation member 22 made of a resin that is equipped with a projection part 22T for preventing the nozzle from coming off is provided at the tip of the engagement bodies. After the base body 20a of the nozzle 20 is placed inside the first insulation member 21, both insulation members are connected so that the projection 22T of the second insulation member 22 is placed toward the recessed part G, so that the nozzle is prevented from coming off the projection part 22T.
