COMPOSITE FIBER SHEET COMPOSED OF NONWOVEN FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric sheet that is three-dimensional and has a large surface area and excellent form stability. SOLUTION: The composite fiber sheet comprising a flat net member (A) composed of a linear body and a nonwoven fabric member (B) composed of a net-like base part fused to the linear body and a plurality of expanded parts expanded in the direction opposite to the net-like base part at each knit stitch of the flat net member (A) is produced. The average pore diameter of the knit stitches of the net-like base part is 1-30 mm (especially 2-20 mm) and the ratio of the average diameter of the linear body to the average pore diameter of the knit stitches of the net-like base part (average diameter of the linear body/average pore diameter of the knit stitches) is 1/1-1/100. The heights of adjacent expanded parts of the nonwoven fabric member (B) are approximately the same, the ratio of the average height of the expanded parts to the average pore diameter of the knit stitches of the net-like base part (average height/average pore diameter) may be about 1/5-2/1.
