<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair care device for effectively suppressing the leak of sparks from inside a cylinder of a bushing, occurring due to twisting and disconnection of a power cord. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bushing 11 is provided with a twist regulation part A1 which regulates the twist of the power cord 10. By regulating the twist of the power cord 10 by the twist regulation part A1, a disconnection-estimating part A3 for estimating disconnection caused by the twist of the power cord 10 is set inside the cylinder 11a of the bushing 11. At a tip-side portion of the twist regulation part A1 inside the cylinder 11a of the bushing 11, a spark attenuation part A2 for attenuating sparks S occurring in the cylinder due to the disconnection of the power cord 10 at the disconnection scheduled part A3 is provided.
