PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice output control system capable of preventing fellow voice messages by a plurality of devices from getting difficult to be heard because of overlapping thereof. SOLUTION: Each compound machine 10 for pronouncing the voice message transmits, to a control server 40, a pronunciation request including a significance of the voice message, and distance control information for recognizing a distance between its own machine and another machine. The control server 40 executes, with priority, the pronunciation by the compound machine 10 with the high significance, when the pronunciation requests R from the plurality of compound machines 10 are overlapped and located within a prescribed distance (near), and delays the pronunciation by the compound machine with the low significance until finishing the pronunciation by the compound machine with the high significance.
