<p>Provided is a dye-sensitized solar cell wherein a sealing means is not impaired by electrolyte or sunlight because a gasket can be fixed to one of a photoelectrode or a counter electrode without using an adhesive, and thus long term reliability of the sealed state is ensured. A dye-sensitized solar cell is provided with a sealing means for sealing an electrolyte layer between a photoelectrode and a counter electrode. In the dye-sensitized solar cell, the sealing means is a lip-shaped gasket made of an elastic material, which seals the electrolyte layer, while being sandwiched between the photoelectrode and the counter electrode and fixed by a holding means formed in the photoelectrode or the counter electrode.</p> |
