The present invention relates to an apparatus of peeling a shrimp shell, the apparatus improving a structure for rotating a plurality of rollers installed so as to peel the shrimp shell and allowing the rollers to be easily separated therefrom and coupled thereto for maintenance of the rollers. The apparatus is configured to include: a frame unit having four sides defining a space in which a shrimp is loaded; a peeling means including a plurality of inverting rollers installed along an inclined direction inside the frame unit to be rotated and rotating in right and left directions, a pair of peeling rollers peeling a shrimp shell, a pair of brush rollers facing each other and removing an impurity; a first driving means rotating the plurality of inverting rollers in the right and left directions; and a second driving means rotating the one pair of peeling rollers in reverse directions. |
