<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a pulley device on both right and left sides, while enabling a drain function and infiltration suppression of rain water and foreign matter in the pulley device. <P>SOLUTION: This pulley device 25 has a radially divided type pulley case 35 and a pulley body 36 stored in the pulley case 35 and laid with a cable 22b. A first case half body 37 formed with a pair of supporting holes for supporting a pulley shaft 40 is provided with a locking part 45. A second case half body 38 is provided with a locking claw 50 engaged to the locking part 45. In the first case half body 37, a pair of drain holes 46a and 46b are formed to be adjacent to the pair of supporting holes. Rain water, etc. infiltrating into the pulley case 35 is drained from the lower side drain holes 46a. The locking claw 50 is provided with a pair of projecting parts 50b overlapped with each of the drain holes 46a and 46b via a clearance D.
