<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator having an advantageously reduced size for further suppressing the entry of foreign matters into the electromagnetic actuator, than conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic actuator 30 includes an electromagnetic drive part 31 having magnetic-material outer and inner yokes 34, 36 constituting a storage chamber S storing an electromagnetic coil 35 and having an opening portion O to form a magnetic path C whose electromagnetic force drives a plunger 37 in a predetermined operating direction, and an operation part 32 provided slidably relative to the inner yoke 36 for covering the opening portion O, and having a sleeve 38 to be driven in the operating direction by the plunger 37. An O-ring 39B is fitted into a groove portion 36f of the inner yoke 36. The inner yoke 36 includes a body member 36d constituting the storage chamber S, and a groove member 36e fitted into the body member 36d to form the groove portion 36f and formed of the same material as the sleeve 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
