<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantifying inner plug attached to a container accommodating a powdered or granular content such as coffee, sugar, or the like and enabling a quantifying of the content to be shaken out every time, and to provide a container with the quantifying inner plug. <P>SOLUTION: The quantifying inner plug attached in an opening of the container has a top plate 1 having a shaking-out opening 2, a second partition plate 3 and a rectification plate 6. A bottom plate 4 is mounted under a shaking-out opening 3, and has an approximately upward turning first partition plate 5. When the quantifying inner plug is fitted to and held by the inner surface of the opening of the container, at least two or more quantifying chambers 8 are mounted among the inner surface of the container, the top plate 1, the first partition plate 5 and the rectification plate 6.
