<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user such that the user oneself can practice energy saving by making a problem to the energy saving be easily known from propriety of operation of a large number of apparatuses installed in a building. <P>SOLUTION: A management server calculates a results value of use energy, detects presence/absence of the results value exceeding a reference value, and presents the problem. The results value exceeding the reference value is distinctly displayed such that the problem is known.
