<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid retransmission of NACK, to avoid a state that normal communication becomes impossible, to raise detection performance of a communication error, and to prevent double activation of an operation by command re-issuance in generation of the communication error. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When ACK and Status are received (S311 No), or the communication error is detected (S310 Yes) at a state that a CPU 11 does not issue the command (S301 Yes), the NACK is issued (S312), when the NACK is received, (S311 Yes), the NACK is disregarded, ([11]), when the communication error is detected (S305 Yes) or the NACK is received while the ACK and the Status are received after the CPU 11 issues the command (S301 No), a command signal is re-issued (S307), and when the ACK and the Status are not returned even when a fixed time elapses after issuing the command (S304 Yes), the command is re-issued (S307).
