<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous coupling with superior assembly accuracy of a plate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the viscous coupling 10, a height of a calking part 36 of an inner plate 30a sets an interval with an inner plate 30a two plates away, and a height of a calking part 36 of an inner plate 30b sets an interval between with an inner plate 30b two plates away. The inner plate 30a is arranged in a state rotated 60 degrees with respect to the adjacent inner plate 30b, and each of three calking parts 36 of the inner plates 30a is extended to a position between two calking parts 36 of inner plates 30 through a gap between the two calking parts 36 of the inner plates 30 positioned in an extending direction of the calking part 36.
