<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copied fusuma sheet by making a copy of an important cultural property (national treasure) by using a scanner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An image of a fusuma painting of an important cultural property is taken by using a large scanner, a high resolution digital camera, a large format film still camera or the like, and the image thus taken is edited into a file for copying the painting by using a personal computer program. Then, a copy of the fusuma painting of the important cultural property is outputted by using a large printer. The copy of the fusuma painting has effective sizes of 2,100×1,300 or smaller.
