<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily burying a water collection pipe for collecting ground water. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A water collection pipe burying device is used for burying the water collection pipe in the ground when a water collection system comprising a storage section for storing ground water and a water collection pipe connected to the outer side of the storage section for collecting ground water around the storage section is constructed. The device includes a main body to which the water collection pipe is installed, a pressing section to be slid from the inside of the storage section to the outside for pressing the water collection pipe installed in the main body into the ground, a base section supporting the main body and a supporting section provided on the bottom side of the base section and inserted in a recess formed in the bottom of a water collection section for restricting movement of the water collection pipe burying device when the pressing section presses the water collection pipe into the ground.
