PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment liquid to detoxify various building materials or structures using asbestos or rockwools at the sites where they are used or their wastes in an easy-to-work and safe manner. SOLUTION: The liquid for detoxification treatment for asbestos- or rockwool-containing substances involves water, aluminum fluoride, and an inorganic acid. Aluminum fluoride is dissolved in an amount not greater than 5 mass% based on AlF<SB>3</SB>in the liquid. The content of the inorganic acid is not more than 6 mol/L. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
