<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing equipment and a manufacturing method for a prestressed composite girder employing an erection girder as a reaction body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The erection girders 8 as the reaction bodies are juxtaposed at spacings so that steel girders can be arranged among them; cross beams 12 are installed on the upper portions of the erection girders in positions at both the ends of the steel girder, respectively; pulling jacks 3 are provided on the cross beams 12, respectively; the side of one end of a prestressing steel bar 14 with a screw, which is connected to the steel girder 2, is engaged with the pulling jack 3; and cross beams 9 for holding the steel girder are fixed to one or more locations at spacings in the intermediate portion of the erection girder, respectively. The steel girders 2 are arranged among the erection girders 8, juxtaposed at the spacings, by using the above equipment 1, respectively; the side of the other end of the prestressing steel bar 14, the one end side of which is engaged with the pulling jack 3 provided for each cross beam 12, is connected to the steel girder 2; and the end of the steel girder is pulled up by operating the respective pulling jacks 3 at both the ends of the erection girder 8 in the state of holding the intermediate portion of the steel girder 2 by the beam 9 provided over the erection girder 8.
