<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a finger from being caught between the lower end of a luggage door and a bumper cover when the luggage door is closed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A striker 46 is arranged in the upper surface of an upper side inner panel 36 of a rear floor cross member 30. In the lower surface of the inner panel 44 of the luggage door 16, a lock device 48 that can be locked in the striker 46 is arranged, and a sensor 50 detecting the striker 46 is arranged in the lock device 48. When the striker 46 is detected by the sensor 50, the lock device 48 is locked in the striker 46 and the luggage door 16 is locked. When the luggage door 16 is closed, the striker 46 is set to be detected by the sensor 50 when the lower end 16B of the luggage door 16 is approximated to a vertical wall section 22A of a hollow section 22 with a clearance capable of preventing the finger of a user from being caught.
