<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl louver having the high holding power with a front glass arranged in a rain gutter part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cowl louver 1 includes a holding edge part 2 arranged between a front glass of a vehicle and a hood panel in an extending manner in the vehicle width direction and held by the front glass 5, and a rain gutter part 3 projected from an inner face 1a directed inward of the vehicle body on the front glass side. The rain gutter part 3 includes a bottom wall 31 extending inward of the vehicle body from the inner face 1a on the front glass 5 side, and a vertical wall 32 bent from the bottom wall 31 and extending along the holding edge part 2. A locking piece 33 is provided on the bottom wall 31 of the rain gutter part 3. The vertical wall 32 of the rain gutter part 3 includes a hinge part 34, an arc part 35 as an elastic part which is collapsed to the holding edge part 2 side by the bend of the hinge part 34 and held by the repulsive force against the front glass 5 between the holding edge part 2 and itself, and a locked end 36 which is provided on a fore end of the arc part 35, collapsed to the holding edge part 2 side and locked to the locked piece 33.
