PURPOSE: A wiper controlling device and a method controlling a wiper are provided to control speed of the wiper or to make the wiper stopped according to a motor position signal. CONSTITUTION: A wiper controlling device comprises a wiper portion(13) and a controller(20). The wiper portion includes a motor and a parking switch. The motor operates the wiper. The parking switch provides a motor position signal corresponding to the location of the motor. The controller outputs the speed control signal of an inner motor to drive the motor at a second speed, once the controller receives the speed control signal of an outer motor to drive in a first speed. |
