THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION, AND MOLDED ARTICLE

Disclosed is a thermoplastic resin composition comprising: (A) 100 parts by mass of a resin mixture composed of 95 to 5 mass% of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (a-1) and 5 to 95 mass% of an aliphatic polyester (a-2); (B) 5 to 30 parts by mass of talc; and (C) 0.01 to 1 part by mass of silica, wherein the silica (C) has an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 3 µm and a specific surface area of 50 to 400 m2/g.  The thermoplastic resin composition has remarkably improved flame retardancy and heat resistance without the need of containing any flame retardant agent, and has excellent chemical resistance, impact resistance and fluidability.  Also disclosed is a molded article produced by using the thermoplastic resin composition.
